Delivery Info:

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, no orders are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

We use Evri, InPost, Yodel, UPS and DPD services (depending on your request and size of order).

Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Buffbombs. All Buffbombs are securely and individually packaged in shrink-wrap film. Once shrink-wrap has been opened, the Buffbomb is non-returnable and non-refundable. All Buffbombs must be returned securely in the same packaging. Failure to do so will deduct a fee from your refund. Please email hello@buffbombs.com to request the return address along with your order number to let us know and ensure we refund the correct customer.

Issues regarding damaged Buffbombs(s) can be assisted within 30 days of the purchase date. If your Buffbomb(s) is damaged, please email hello@buffbombs.com with your order number along with photographic evidence also showing shrink-wrap still remains intact and sealed. Buffbombs cannot be made accountable for any breakage or damage occurred to the Buffbombs once shrink-wrap has been opened.

Cancelling an order:

If your order is no longer needed, you must contact Buffbombs via hello@buffbombs.com or any of our social media platforms, along with your order number so we can process you a full refund. However once you have received a dispatch email, you will have to follow the Returns Policy above.
