How are you working in line with Covid-19?
We are operating in line with government guidelines by taking all the necessary precautions to avoid the spread of germs and maintain the most optimum hygiene standards. Masks and nitrile gloves are worn throughout production and equipment and surfaces are consistently cleaned in Buffbomb HQ.
What courier do you use to deliver parcels?
We use Royal Mail®, DPD and Hermes
When should I expect my delivery?
Once purchased, please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery. Buffbombs are made fresh to order. Due to current Covid-19, Royal Mail are still running a reduced service, so deliveries may take a little longer than expected. See their website for more details.
Can you do next day delivery?- I’m desperate!!
We mayyyybe able to help depending on what you’re after! Any urgent next day deliveries will incur an additional £5 charge. If you’re based around Birmingham City Centre/Kings Heath area, we can provide a free collection service! DM our Instagram page or email us on hello@buffbombs.com to enquire.
Why don’t you deliver abroad?
We currently ship within the UK only. Selling cosmetics abroad has a fair bit more red tape unfortunately… but if the demands there, I’ll look into it 😊
What does CPSR mean?
CPSR stands for ‘Cosmetic Product Safety Report’. It is legal documentation, provided by a chemist in conjunction with a leading industry provider. The report ensures the safety of our recipes and finished products and are complaint with the 2013 EC regulations and national trading standards. All Buffbomb recipes are checked in detail to ensure all processes have been followed correctly and the quantities of its ingredients are within a safe limit. Our customer’s safety is of upmost importance, so being CPSR approved gives you that piece of mind to have a lovely relaxing bath.
So why are Buffbombs better than any other bath bomb on the market?
Buffbombs contain Epsom Salts and essential oils targeted to relieve muscular pain, whether that be from exercise or long periods of standing or sitting. We have a whole page on the benefits of Epsom Salts and the benefits of each of the fabulous Buff family on Our Buffs Product Information page 😊
How many Buffbombs should I use?
We recommend one will be enough to feel the benefits. If you are feeling super-duper sore, or have a bigger than average bath (or just love bath bombs like mad), plop 2 in your bath for even more rejuvenation
How often can I use Buffbombs?
Any many times as you like!! For optimum results and recovery, we suggest having at least 1-2 baths/Buffbombs a week.
Do Buffbombs have an expiry date?
We recommend using your Buffbombs within 2 months of receiving. They technically have a 6-month expiry date (as with all handmade bath bombs). However, due to the nature of Epsom salts, this can make the Buffbombs go a little soft and crumbly after 2 months.
